Bellevue tops latest state rankings
The Wolverines used wins over Roosevelt, 14-10 and Lakes, 14-2, to keep hold of the top spot in the Washington Water Polo Rankings.
Bellevue will meet second ranked Mercer Island on Wednesday.
Interlake boys, girls crack cross country top-10
Interlake checked in second in the latest state cross country coaches poll on the girls side and also saw the boys remain in the top-10, coming in just behind seventh ranked Bellevue.
Scholarship applications for Newcastle 5K available in January
The Newcastle 5K run and walk will not take place for several months, but scholarship applications for three, $1,000 college scholarships offered through the event by the Newcastle Running Club will be made available January 1.
Scholarships are available to any high school senior living in Newcastle or attending Liberty or Hazen high schools.
